Product description
Monophonic analog synthesizer, 1978. 37 keys, two VCOs plus a sub-oscillator, resonant low-pass filter. Original soft case and manual included.
From the seller:
Working item. Roland SH-2 analog synthesizer, with genuine soft case. Manual included.
I powered it on, produced sound from the keyboard and carried out a basic operation check with the setting dials; within that scope it played and operated normally. I have not done anything beyond that. There are no large, conspicuous scratches (please check with the photographs). There is a place on the chassis where there appears to be a faint trace of writing or something similar. It is faint enough that I do not think it will bother you, but I am mentioning it just in case.
The soft case has a fault in part of the zip and does not close completely.
As you can see in the photograph, the plug section of the power inlet looks distorted. I actually inserted it several times and checked, and within that scope no particular difficulty of insertion or fault occurred.
The operation check described in the item description was as of August 2026. Also, I will send it treated as fragile, but it is conceivable that it will receive shocks during transport, and in any case it is very old equipment, so I cannot give a complete guarantee of operation. Returns for that reason are not possible. Please bid only if you can accept this.
The instruction manual has age-related yellowing and slight damage as shown in the photograph. As a whole it is in a condition with no problem for practical use.
Please bid on the premise that this is a used item. Please judge the rest of the condition from the photographs. I have checked it over, but please forgive me if there are fine scratches or dirt I have overlooked.
