Returns

What's covered, what isn't, and what to do if something goes wrong.

The honest version first

Most listings we buy from are second-hand and sold as-is. As a proxy service, we purchase on your behalf β€” once a seller's item is accepted, it usually cannot be returned. That's why we check listings carefully, ask sellers questions before you commit, and offer inspection and video confirmation before shipping.

Item significantly different from the listing

If you ordered an inspection and the unit differs significantly from the listing description (undisclosed damage, missing parts, doesn't power on when described as working), contact us immediately β€” we'll negotiate with the seller for a return or partial refund.

Damaged in transit

Report damage to your local carrier within 7 days of delivery, keep all packaging, and send us photos. We'll file an insurance claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Auction purchases

Bids cannot be cancelled once placed, and auction wins cannot be returned. Normal wear is expected on vintage units β€” check the listing photos and ask your manager to query the seller before bidding.
